This is the best dealership and people I dealt with throughout my vehicle search!! Frank and Charlie were honest, hard working gentlemen who did not pressure me into buying nor haggled me into buying something I did not want. I contacted them, they answered my questions and said I could come in and look at the vehicle I wanted to look at whenever I wanted. I told them I would be in at a specific time. They had the car running and warmed up and ready for me to drive. Frank handed me the keys and said go take it for a ride! I did and I loved it but told Frank I wanted to sleep on it and call him in the morning. He said OK!!! No scare tactics of it being sold overnight or showing me cars I didn't have interest in! I called and spoke with Charlie in the morning, they detailed the car and I picked it up that afternoon. Unbelievable wonderful service! I couldn't be happier with this buying experience and I am so relieved I went to Millennium Motors. I will return for my next vehicle and I would totally recommend them to all my friends and family! Overall, exceptional experience. Frank and Charlie take care of their customers above-and-beyond what's expected of a used car dealership, and their BBB rating affirms that. They worked after-hours to complete paper work on my purchased vehicle, performed the negotiation in a mutually beneficial manner, and offered a 60 day total-coverage warranty in case there's issues discovered post-test drive. I had an issue with a rattling steering wheel, and they balanced my tires and replaced the problematic tire free of charge. I'd recommend anyone with used car needs to consider Millennium, very satisfied.

We bought an SUV from Charlie this week. He was very kind & sweet. He made me feel at home when I was sad to trade in my old truck " Finn ". I was happy to buy the new truck but sad to let my old one go & Charlie new & felt that. He was awesome when dealing with me "We'll take good care of Finn for you". So, I bought a minivan in mint condition, after my kids were grown and out on their own. Charlie from Millennium Motors listened to all of my needs and took care of the transportation of my old car to my daughter in Providence, RI using his dealer plates. He gave me excellent service when I had a minor problem and took care of it right away. I now have a campervan and am exploring the bays, mountains, rivers and lakes.... without kids. For many years we have gone to millenium motors for repairs on our vehicles. They are always very efficient and the price is right. Eli in the garage is very friendly and very fair. One day we saw Mercedes ML350 on their lot and just had to have it. They bent over backwards to make sure that we had a very fair deal and an easy transaction and they made sure that it fell within our budget. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a car that you go to Millenium, they do not use high pressure sales tactics on you at all. You can look through their lot without being bothered by a pushy salesmen and when you are ready to talk they will be there for you. I love my car that I bought from them and when we need another vehicle Millenium will be the place that we go to again and again.
